"My mother's visitation and funeral were held at the Matteson location. The staff, from beginning to end was very professional and attentive to our concerns and questions. The facility is quite nice, with a repast room in the lower level. There was an issue with their media system during the visitation service the night before my mother's funeral service. The staff immediately sought a remedy until it could be repaired. And as promised, the following day, it was repaired."
